Cancellation Policy

There is no charge to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched.

Before dispatch

Email [email protected] with the order number as soon as you can. If the parcel has not gone, we stop it and refund in full.

After dispatch

Post-dispatch, please use the return process instead; you have 30 days from delivery.

Cancellations we make

We reserve the right to cancel where stock is unusable or delivery is not possible, refunding the order in full.
