Returns and Refunds

A Charlie's Home operates a 30-day return window, measured from the delivery date rather than the order date.

Condition we can accept

An item is returnable while it is unused and still in its original packaging.

How to return something

1. Message [email protected] with the order number and item name.
2. A return address and reference come back to you.
3. Send the item, packed so nothing shifts in transit.
4. Refund is made to the original method after inspection.

Who pays the return postage

For a change of mind you pay the return postage. For our error or a defect, we do. There is no restocking deduction in either case.

How the refund is made

We process the refund to your original payment method after receiving and checking the item.
